I created BellaMiyo from a simple desire: to explore wellness in a way that feels joyful, approachable, and real.
I’m a filmmaker, model, and yoga practitioner, and over the years my work has taken me all over — through different cultures, traditions, and ways of caring for the body and mind. Along the way, I found myself returning again and again to practices that felt grounding and honest, from yoga and mindful living to Tibetan medicine and simple daily rituals that support well-being.
BellaMiyo is a space where I share what I’m learning. Here, you’ll find ideas, tips, and free resources around yoga, health, and mindful living, along with thoughtfully created products and educational guides designed to support everyday life in a gentle way.
As a yoga practitioner of over 10 years, I was always searching for clear, balanced, and beautiful educational guides — but I could never quite find ones I truly loved. So I began learning more deeply and creating my own. These are the same guides and posters I keep on my own walls and return to in my personal practice.
Everything I create is made slowly and intentionally. Whenever I notice myself overthinking or nitpicking, I step away — because I want only care, clarity, and good energy to go into the work.
BellaMiyo stands for curiosity, kindness, and the belief that caring for yourself — body, mind, and spirit — doesn’t have to be complicated. My hope is that what you find here sparks something small but meaningful: a new habit, a fresh perspective, or simply a quiet moment of calm.
